As many of you know, it's been a challenging time for me. Losing my mother and supporting my husband through major cancer surgery has been tough. During these times, I found myself not sleeping well and feeling emotionally drained. I knew I needed to focus on my gut health to help manage my stress and improve my sleep. This realization led me to explore the connection between gut health and overall well-being more deeply.
